Fleet Management for the City of Columbus: The project manager for the construction
management team. Project included a 150,000 sf vehicle maintenance facility and fuel

Psychology Building for the Ohio State University: The project engineer for the
construction manager. The tight placement of this project required significant student life
accessibility considerations. Building included a state-of-the-art animal laboratory
facility. Total cost: $28M
Huntington Bank Business Service Center at Easton: The project engineer of all general
trades for the construction management joint venture. This is a five-story building
housing the secure business service center for Huntington National Bank.

Concourse C Expansion for Columbus Municipal Airport Authority: The project
engineer (without a project manager) for the 5-gate expansion. Project included
coordination of work within the secure perimeter of the airport operations.
